Το κτήμα της Οικογένειας Γκιρλέμη βρίσκεται στο Πολυδένδρι Δομοκού, στην θέση Προσήλια.
Η αγορά των κτημάτων πραγματοποιήθηκε το 2004 και την ίδια χρονιά ξεκίνησε τόσο η διαχείριση όσο και η προετοιμασία του κτήματος, η οποία ολοκληρώθηκε το 2007. Στις αρχές του 2007 ξεκίνησαν οι διαδικασίες φύτευσης του ιδιόκτητου, ενιαίου αμπελώνα μας σε έκταση 350 στρεμμάτων μετά από εκτενή, εδαφολογική ανάλυση από τον οινολόγο και γεωπόνο του κτήματος. Το συγκεκριμένο σημείο παρουσιάζει ιδιαίτερο μορφολογικό ενδιαφέρον, το οποίο ευνοεί την καλλιέργεια ελληνικών και διεθνών ποικιλιών. Βάσει αυτού επιλέχθηκαν για την φύτευση πέντε λευκές και πέντε ερυθρές ποικιλίες, όπου κυριαρχούν σε ποσοστό 60% οι λευκές ποικιλίες και σε ποσοστό 40% οι ερυθρές. Τα περισσότερα στρέμματα των λευκών αλλά και των ερυθρών ποικιλιών φυτεύτηκαν κυρίως με γηγενείς ποικιλίες και συμπληρώθηκαν με διεθνείς ποικιλίες.
Στο κτήμα της Οικογένειας Γκιρλέμη η καλλιέργεια του αμπελώνα μας γίνεται με μεγάλη φροντίδα, αγάπη, μεράκι και σεβασμό στο περιβάλλον με στόχο την παραγωγή ποιοτικής πρώτης ύλης και στην συνέχεια ποιοτικού κρασιού αποκλειστικά από τον ενιαίο, ιδιόκτητο αμπελώνα μας.
Σκοπός μας είναι να αναδείξουμε κατά κύριο λόγο τις ελληνικές ποικιλίες, τη δυναμική της περιοχής μας και να ικανοποιήσουμε όχι μόνο την ελληνική αλλά και τη διεθνή αγορά.
Μακροπρόθεσμος στόχος μας αποτελεί το κτήμα μας να γίνει επισκέψιμο με συμμετοχικό αγροτουρισμό από την Ελλάδα
και το εξωτερικό, δίνοντας έτσι την δυνατότητα στον επισκέπτη να γνωρίσει την παραγωγή της πρώτης ύλης αλλά

The estate of the Gkirlemis Family is located in Polydendri Domokou, in Prosilia.
The purchase of the estates took place in 2004 and in the same year both the management and the preparation of the estate, which was completed in 2007. Early 2007 the planting procedures of our privately owned, single-area vineyard began 350 acres after extensive, soil analysis by the oenologist and agronomist of the estate. This spot is of particular morphological interest, which favors the cultivation of Greek and international varieties. Based on this, five white and five red varieties were selected for planting, where 60% of the white varieties and 40% of the red varieties dominate. Most acres of white and red varieties were planted mainly with native varieties and supplemented with international varieties. In 2011 the construction of our fully equipped winery was completed, which is located next to our vineyard and the main material used was the stone that came from the preparation of the estates where our vineyards were planted.
In the estate of the Gkirlemis Family, the cultivation of our vineyard is done with great care, love, passion and respect for the environment with the aim of producing quality raw material and then quality wine exclusively from our single, privately owned vineyard. Our aim is to highlight mainly the Greek varieties, the dynamics of our region and to satisfy not only the Greek but also the international market. Our long-term goal is to make our estate visitable with participatory agritourism from Greece and abroad, thus enabling the visitor to experience the production of raw material as well as the result of vinification. - POLIDENDRI
