- Η Οινοποιία Σπυροπούλου, στη Νέα Μεσημβρία Θεσσαλονίκης, εκφράζει τη φιλοσοφία της σύγχρονης ελληνικής οινοποιίας, συνδυάζοντας την παράδοση με την καινοτομία. Με βασικό άξονα τον σεβασμό στη γη και στον καρπό της αμπέλου, το οινοποιείο επιλέγει προσεκτικά τις πρώτες ύλες του και εφαρμόζει σύγχρονες τεχνικές οινοποίησης, με στόχο τη διατήρηση και ανάδειξη των φυσικών χαρακτηριστικών κάθε ποικιλίας. Όραμα της οινοποιίας είναι η παραγωγή ποιοτικών οίνων με αυθεντική ταυτότητα, που αντικατοπτρίζουν το ιδιαίτερο μικροκλίμα της περιοχής και προάγουν τη δυναμική της μακεδονικής γης, τόσο στην ελληνική όσο και στη διεθνή αγορά.
