The entry fee to Oenorama 2019 includes the entry ticket, the souvenir tasting glass, a detailed catalogue with all the wines featured in the show and a personalized entrance badge which allows you to visit the exhibition as many times as you please. Replacement glasses are available for a fee of 3€.

If you hold a complimentary invitation (valid for one person), you must pre-register BEFORE coming to the exhibition. Invitations WILL NOT be accepted at the reception area of the exhibition, without pre-registration. When you pre-register, you will be issued a bar code which you will receive by email. You can either print this and present it to reception or show it on your smartphone. Your permanent entry badge will be issued on location, allowing you to enter and exit the show at will. Your complimentary invitation does not include the souvenir tasting glass, which you will have to buy at the entrance for 3€.

If you are a wine professional and a member of the trade (see below), we encourage you to visit Oenorama on the Monday March 4, a day specifically reserved for professionals. On that day you’re entitled to free entrance into the exhibition, glass included, even if you have not previously pre-registered. In this case you will have to prove your professional status at reception and register on location.

If you are a wine professional and would like to visit Oenorama on Saturday and/or Sunday, you must pre-register in order to electronically receive your free entrance badge to the exhibition.

Wine professionals entitled to free entrance are all persons who trade in wine, those working in the hotel and restaurant industry and people involved with its production and communication. All professionals not already on our database are required to prove their credentials at the reception of the exhibition.

Oenology students and journalists are entitled to free entrance to the exhibition (free souvenir tasting glass included) during the entire three days of the fair. The glass will be provided only once.

Please bear in mind that exhibitors at Oenorama cannot provide you with a tasting glass. Those they do have are for their personal use only. Therefore, in order to be able to taste wine at Oenorama you will have to obtain a glass at the reception of the fair or bring your own.
