“Wine & Restaurant” Oenorama 2010 focuses for the first time in Greece on the issue “Wine & Restaurant”, placing the following main targets:
This is the reason why, Oenorama invites and will host in Athens many tens of selected restaurant – owners from regional Greece, planning for them an excellent reception and a special programme. Nevertheless, for all the restaurant – owners that will visit the exhibition, either with their own initiative, either after having been invited, there will be the same programme and the same reception, since they will be the honoured guests of the fair. The selection of the guests has been made in such a way that their catering places should cover a wide range, from modern tidbit- and cosmic taverns to simple or even luxurious restaurants, having though significant needs of improvement regarding wine (bottled instead of bulk, enrichment of wine-list, better pricing, promotion and others). ARE YOU A RESTAURANT-OWNER? State it at the reception of the exhibition (for free entrance) and ask to be enlisted to the programme “Wine & Restaurant” Besides the special reception that all restaurant – owners will experience, with side-events also outside the exhibition, they will have the opportunity to visit the stands of the exhibitors and of course to participate to the special and accessible programme, designed absolutely for them and will offer “instruments” and advices from significant and recognized individuals of the sector, regarding the following basic matters:
For such reasons we foresee – among others – mini seminars, lectures and presentations, open debate, presentation of successful models from Greece and from abroad, special tastings, such as the presentation of inexpensive wines of the exhibitors, which with a correct pricing can function competively against bulk wine. This certain action is supported by branch organizations and is being held in cooperation with SEO (Greek Wine Association). |
