Your visit to Oenorama is made more effective and pleasant thanks to our collaborators and sponsors.
Oenorama is organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, the Ministry of Development, The Ministry of Tourism and The Greek National Tourism Organisation (EOT). These three organizations represent the three stages of production and marketing of wine, from the vineyard to trade in wine and its sale at those wineries in Greece that are open to visitors.

At the same time, the Hellenic Foreign Trade Board (HEPO) substantially gives the exhibition its full backing, by sponsoring the visit of the fair by buyers and journalists from abroad.

The National Interprofessional Organization of Vine and Wine (ΕDΟΑΟ) is the most significant umbrella organization in the wine sector, covering viticulture, processing and the wine trade. As a sector sponsoring Oenorama, it participates in the strategic planning of the fair with the aim of furthering the cause of Greek wines. At the same time, Oenorama enjoys the support of numerous actors in the wine sector, either at a national level such as the Greek Wine Association, the Central Branch Cooperative Union of Winery Products (KEOSOE) and the Greek Distillates and Spirits Association (SEAOP), or at a regional level, such as the Peloponnese Vineyard Wine Producers Union (ENOAP), the Attica Vineyard Wine Producers Union (ENOAA), the Nemea Vine Growers and Wine Producers Union (ENOAN).

The branch unions that support Oenorama reflect the rich variety of Greek Wines today as well as its penetration at all levels of society. The Greek Union of Enologists, founded in 1917 and the oldest in the enology sector, assembles enologists with university level degrees. The Panhellenic Union of Degree-holding Enologists (PANEPO, 2000) concerns all those holding a permit authorizing the exercise of the profession. The Panhellenic Union of Wine Attendants (PENO, 1997) is the professional wine attendants’ union, and the most well-known names in wine journalism in the land are members of the Union of Greek Wine Journalists (ELDOIN 1994). Greek Women for Wine (1997) (OI ELLINIDES TOY KRASIOU), the Hellenic Barmen Association (1993) and the Panhellenic Federation of Restaurant and Related Professions (2000) also support the fair and will be there with their own stands.
