Oenorama is organized by Vinetum, a company specializing in “wine communication” for the wine industry. At the crossroads between production and consumption, Vinetum caters to the communication needs of wine producers, wine merchants and the general public. 

As an event management company, Vinetum also organizes the consumer wine fair “Dionysia” (every odd year) and several other major wine tastings, such as "Afros & Fyssalides” (“Bubbles & Foam” for sparkling wines), “Progefsi Nemeas” (a pre-tasting of Nemea wines), “Oeni Peloponnissou Fysika” (“Peloponnese Wines Naturally", a major tasting of all wines from the Peloponnese), Oinopnevmata (Grape origin Distillates) and others. 

As a publisher specializing in wine, Vinetum publishes a monthly trade newspaper “Ampelotopi” (“Terroir”), the “Greek Wine Industry Directory” and other books such as Jonathan Nossiter’s “Wine and Authority” (recently published in the US as “Liquid Memory”).
