What is Oenorama ?

Oenorama is Greece’s premier wine trade exhibition. In fact, it is the only wine trade fair that takes place in Greece and as such is the best showcase for all Greek wines. Exhibitors include wine producers and distillers from all over the country as well as some wine-importing companies. Suppliers of the wine industry are present in a separate area under the banner “Oenotechnia”.  Oenorama has been taking place in Athens every two years since 1994. This year is the 10^th edition (the fair also took place in 1995).

When will Oenorama take place? 

Oenorama 2010 is open from Friday March 12  until Monday March 15 with opening hours as follows: 

Friday 17:00 – 20:00 

Saturday and Sunday 10:00 – 19:00

Monday 10:00 – 18:00 

Who visits Oenorama?

Oenorama is the biggest meeting point of Greek wine professionals. However, about 30% of visitors are consumers, especially on Sunday. We are expecting about 12.000 visitors this year.

Where does Oenorama take place?

This year Oenorama returns to the MEC exhibition centre in the Peania suburb of Athens. Although relatively old, this venue is well-situated, by being close to the airport and the Attiki Odos Highway.
